Invited guests to the presentations: To the workshops: Chinese Travel Agencies with A-level status, trade and economical journalists from TV and newspapers /trade paper and magazines, government official authorities and local tourism officials etc.

Activities: Workshops in planned cities, press conference with journalists from TV, Newspaper, Trade papers. Official meetings with local tourist board authorities. And attend travel mart (CITM) with own-join booth, combined video presentation (contains all products from the delegation).

Fair: China International Travel Mart (CITM) is one of the most important outbound travel fair for PR China. Delegation shares a join boots at the exhibition. Surcharge if own booth is required.

Costs for the programm: DM 7.900,-
Including:

• Accommodation in 4-5 Star international standard hotel in single occupancy.
• international economy class ticket Frankfurt - Shanghai - Frankfurt.
• Domestic flights economy class.
• Meals, Transport and programs as stated in the itinerary.
• Forwarding of adequate amount of promotional material (100 kg. total)
• Airport taxes, tips for tour guides.

Additional charges:

• Business class supplement international flight approximately DM2.700,-
• Surcharge for own booth at Travel Mart CITM Shanghai (amount to be confirmed)
• Private translator
• Material arrive later than fixed deadlines and has to be transported separately by the forwarding agent
• Please note that costs for excess luggage on local flights will be shared among the tour members (group check-in )!
• Pre- and post-tour services: In case that you are interested in prolonging your stay in China, we are at your service for arrangements!

Registration: your reservation has to be made before 20th July, 2000

Payment: We await payment until 30th July, 2000 to our Frankfurt account. Details and invoice will be provided upon receipt of your registration!
